**Q: How come you can use pastry cutters but not a knife? some of my cutters are knife sharp !!!!!!**
A: I made doughnuts using pastry cutters the other day and the mat was perfect. But again cut dough out with a knife and it cut through my mat as a knife is sharper than pastry cutters. I’ll definitely buy the same mat again as I love it very much.

**Q: Can you use for isomalt sails?**
A: I have looked up the process of making isomalt decorations because I had no knowledge of this form of cake decoration.  I use my silicone mat for pastry tarts and pies and it is excellent for this purpose .  I think that this mat is a little bit too thick and large to make delicate moulds with isomalt.  I'm sure there are thinner versions that would suit better.

**Q: Any chance you can do this extra large one in a bright pink please?**

A: It comes with a handy little scraper, about the size of two credit cards placed side by side.
