Really good taste: not very salty, quite sweet and although my husband thought this meant it might not have been cured properly, I think the flavour is excellent and of very good quality. We were caught out that it didn't come with a stand, or knife - but we had a stand put away from last year and several knives so it was ok. 8kg sounds a lot, but our family of 5 love jamon and it has kept us going all over Christmas and into the new year. Would definitely recommend.

Ham is perfectly cured, and has the right amount of fat, ideal for those consumers who do not like a fatty ham, 80% meat and 20% fat in each slice to gain the best flavour possibleI would say value for money is fair.Only downside is the oils they add to the piece to preserve it vacuum sealed which gained an unpleasant fermenting smell, though this quickly disappeared a few days after opening

Perfect ham leg for Christmas. Flovour was excellent, amazing quality! I hope it comes back into stock soon, i know I'll be purchasing again!

I received the order as requested. But the meat had spoiled. No mold but a terrible smell, horribly wrong taste, and got sick from my attempt to taste it. Purchased a different leg from the buyer before which was fine. Want a refund on this leg.

Excellent quality good flavour

This was the best serrano ham iv'e ever tasted. Not too salty, sweet, just the right amount of fat. Tender. Easy to slice. Good Aroma. Price was good.EXCELLENT

Biene en su punto de curación perfecto, sabor espectacular, tamaño tal y como se describe y entrega perfecta . El jamón venía envasado lo cual me parece perfecto pues así nadie lo puede manipular salvo el vendedor. Lo volveré a comprar sin ninguna duda .

Deuxième achat sans regrets. La qualité est là, le goût, la texture, le moelleux. Bientôt un troisième achat pour les fêtes, il fera sensation. Je le découpe en petites tranches fines et les dispose dans un plat à température ambiante quelques heures avant dégustation pour mieux apprécier le moelleux.
