Works pretty good
Will open from time to time, a dot of superglue fixed that

Cheaply made.
The key fob is made of cheap plastic. The key does not sit flush in the key hosuing which gives the screw only a little bit of space to screw in. However even the hole where the screw goes into is cheaply made. Once you screw it in, it instantly strips the plastic and cannot become tight. Resulting in the key fob to not close flush all the way around. I thought that I would be able to still use it this way but I was wrong. Once I put the key into the ignition and tried to turn it, the key fob fell apart. I figured that it may have been a manufacturing issue with the one I was sent. But I received a replacement and it did the same exact thing. I bought this for a replacement fob for my 2009 Toyota Venza.

Good purchase pls read review!!!
Okay overall it’s exactly what I needed. It does feel almost a little cheap/thin, my key kept popping it open but superglue around the edges solved that issue. Also the Toyota emblem fell off a little later but I superglued that on their too. PSA: Get someone that knows what they’re doing!!! Don’t throw away your old key parts like I did!!!! I didn’t realize there was a tiny microchip in the fob it looks like a superglued rectangle to the bottom right and even the new parts came with the empty rectangular to put the chip in. I tried to turn my car on thinking I had put it on correctly and NOPE IT WOULDNT START! I went to my local Toyota dealership and they told me about the microchip that needed to be transferred. Luckily I found the piece I needed in the trash still, if not i would be SOL!! I had to painstakingly take all the little plastic bits off the microchip in order for it to fit in the rectangle and I superglued it back in. Thank goodness for my local Toyota dealership that helped me through it. But I know nothing about cars or keys and I was able to do it so you can to I would just be very careful!!!
