Great product and well built. The loops are a little close together and on the smaller side. Larger bases like surf rods take a little planning to get in. Very happy

Didn't like the screw should been welded

Although most of my fishing gear is medium sized saltwater rods and reels, a few are on the larger side. I Bought two of these rod racks and found that the larger reels are a little more difficult to accommodate, so I had to space the 2 racks far enough apart so that I could put the larger rod setups on the end rungs. Easy to install, well put together. If you have medium saltwater and regular freshwater setups, these are great!

Don't get me wrong - I like the ceiling rack. But It could have been made with a wider base and the hooks could have been placed slightly farther apart - It is a bit crowded when loaded up with my fishing pole collection which includes some medium duty salt water rods. Have to be very creative if you want to hang with the reels attached.I was a bit disappointed to get this as I expected it to be larger, and I consider this item to be very pricey for what you pay for.

See where the little "J" point at each other?Know what the spacing is there? It's not shown in any drawing.It's 5/8". How wide are your rods at the thick end? Mine are 3/4" up to 1.25"In other words, none of them fit.You have to own some super light weight rods to use these.I'll be returning mine. Horrible design for most rods.

Perfect for 4 poles. We had to remove half the hooks to make it work easily, but still a great end result

Bought these to replace some plastic holders . These aluminum holders are built to last. They will hold 8 rods.

I bought 2 sets of this holder to mount on my unfinished basement ceiling which is good for low profile casting combos or smaller spinning combos. To fit 8 rods with reels it’s best to alternate the reels at opposite ends which worked well for me. I would have liked more space between each set of hooks to allow the butt of the rods to fit through without having to slide them forward. The second holder has my Muskie casting rods and spinning rods which are larger so I removed some hooks and it now holds 4 combos with loads of space.
