It took me sometime to purchase this planter. For months I was Amazon looking for the perfect planter for my living room. I knew I wanted something elevated and something black, but nothing too over the top. Anyways, when I came across this planter, I immediately fell in love with it, so I bought two. There’re so sturdy and my plant pots fit perfectly inside. As you can see in the photo, it gives my house a nice, classy look.

Just as expected I’m satisfied

I keep my plants in a combination of white and brass cover pots. This is my first plastic cover pot, as the rest are metal or ceramic. I worried that this might look cheap next to all the other cover pots, but it fits in well. My only issue is that I wish it were a bit taller, but then the slight wobbliness might become an issue. The legs fit around the base with room to spare, creating a subtle sense that the plant might not be well-supported. But I've yet to (touch wood) have an accident with it! It's easy to wash out, and I can use it to bottom water, which I don't do in my metal pots. I'm not a big bottom waterer, but when fungus gnats are about, it's one way to help keep the problem in check! So, this pot has proven to be practical, functional, and attractive at a fantastic price! As long as you're sure of the measurements and the low elevation it provides, and that works for you, I say give it a try. Once you've got it placed with a plant, it's quite lovely! And I'm very picky about my plant decor. While I'm a collector, I keep everything out in my living space. I want to enjoy the plants around my home, not behind glass. Though, a cabinet might be useful for isolation and rehabilitation... I digress. Try this cover pot! I'm glad I gave it a shot.

Does not support the weight of the dirt + water. Legs snapped within two months.

This pot is really cute. It is plastic with a gold base. It does not have a drainage hole in the bottom so if you would like your plants drained, I would suggest drilling one. Over all I’m happy.

This pot looks great, but the material is very thin and the plastic is bendy. It also has no way to sit securely on the stand and slides around, so I returned. That's an entirely different story. (UPS forced me to put both pots in the same package. Amazon receiving only scanned one and I had to follow up to get it all straightened out. No stars for Amazon's returns department.)

very nice, sturdier than it seems. it's on the floor in my office holding a thin, tall plant and looks great. great value.

This is an attractive pot at a great price. It was a good size for my large plant. However, 1 of the legs broke on day 5. Why? Yes weight of the dirt and plant was too much for the legs. The entire reason I bought this pot was for the style.
