The phone doesn't work. It buffers forever. There are other cell phones in my house that have no problem. But this phone is terrible. I was supposed to be refurbished, but it arrived in need of 8 updates. So I decided to wait until the next day to see if would be better in the morning. Tried to turn the phone off 2 days ago. The on/off button doesn't work. So I have no control over it. My brother tried to turn it off but it just keeps on trucking. It's supposed to be a 5G phone but per the the tool bar, it vacillates between 4G and 5G depending on its mood. I went Verizon to buy a pre-paid phone but it had gone up $250.00. Young man said before I started working for Verizon, I ordered one on Amazon and it lasted six years. We looked at what was available and he told me to bring the phone to him, he would transfer my contacts. I did and he took 3 tries before the transfer occurred. I wanted to return it then but he and his manager insisted that the phone was OK.Should've listened to my gut, packed up the phone and sent it back immediately. I'm reluctant to add any other apps because it takes too long for it to upload. Needless to say I'm buying a new phone and it won't be refurbished. Just like with a used car - I bought some else's. But at least with a car, you can it's VIN number.I don't think that this phone was EVER checked for problems. They just packed it and sent another person's problem to me.

Love my phone

The seller shipped the item lightning fast. Shipper was great! However, the phone itself as nice as it is to have the features and 5G, the battery life SUCKS! I start with 100% and five minutes later just sitting there loose 5%. The battery charges quickly, but now I have to keep a wireless charger with me at all times because I commute and listen to podcasts. Really think before getting this phone. It's a good-looking phone but will not stay charged.

I brought thus new. Supposedly. The screen stopped working. Its in an Otterbox type case. I took it to an asurian certified cell phone repair center. It seems that the phine was refurbished. The screen that was on the cell phine was not the original screen and it wasnt even the original proper screen. There was so much glue (instead of the original adhesive that he sees when he opens a new cell) inside the cell that it was on the antennae and the tech claimed that I was lucky the phone even worked at all. It did explain why the cell didnt get signal in mny places. The cell phine absolutely looked brand new, but it wasn't. Where i went to fix it, i know is a reputable place and I trust him, so I know he wasnt lying. So beware. I know this review is 5 months layer than when I brought it. But if it was new...what was found wrong with it should not be.

The phone is great and the seller's customer service was above and beyond terrific. We had a glitch in delivery and Andrew, the service representative, was immediately communitive and handled everything professionally and exactly as promised.
