Didnโt come with a 12v adaptor
The supply itโs self works well, but it doesnโt include a 12v adaptor for the graphics card, I had to spend money to get one. I think this is a bit of a dirty, greedy move by Corsair, I would therefore recommend going with another supplier, that includes the 12v cable for 40 series graphics cards.

Way too much coil whine, went through 2 of these!
Stay away from this product, I had to RMA two of these from two separate places. Same product both had unbearable squealing/coil whine which is a shame considering it boasts the quiet performance. I tried everything to get rid of the noise, it was like a bird chirping even whilst the system was idle. Don't go through the pain I did. I ended up getting a different brand entirely and now it's quiet as anything!

BUY IT I would trust this power supply with my life
This is the highest quality thing I've ever owned. Bought in 2010 and here we are 14 years later running without an issue. I trust this power supply with my life.

my 3rd PC build always been with same brand PSU in last 15 years. Never have had bad experience, I can confidently recommend this to my co-worker and to any of you researching for quality PSU. Indeed price little bit higher than any other brand but for quality and performance you get what you paid for. My 15 years old PSU still up and running until today. Pros: Power-up at first boot. Handled my Ryzen 5950x and NVIDIA FE RTX 3090 just fine and plenty of power Quality/premium build Cons: Typical ugly cable, Not really Cons actually it does the job. Personally willing to pay extra for nice braided or throw some LED maybe. Would be helpful if it have LED showing power is on. No indicator or whatsoever I found it hard for first time builder to troubleshoot when PC not booting up. I have some case, my client almost throw away his PSU due to not knowing which part of component not working at the time of build.

- High quality - Great Build - Great Fit - Modular cable connections to keep it clean and tidy (only use PSU cables needed). - Super quiet (never hear it) - Powers my X299 build with an MSI x299 Tomahawk MB, 7800x CPU, 32 GB Ram kit, EVGA NVIDIA 1080TI FW3 Hybrid GPU, Water RAD CLC280MM EVGA and NVMe M.2 storage x 2 with a lil over 200W to spare. : )

Excellent PSU made by seasonic. Read reviews around the web and you'll see the HX Platinum PSUs have low noise and ripple and deliver their rated power at 90% or better efficiency. I like the modular cable design and the very quiet operation. The Corsair Link software available from Corsairs website for free download is interesting but not a must have. It is interesting that the SW detects the other fans and temperature sensors ie on the mobo, GPU and even the SSD. It does allow to drag and drop labels on a generic PC case to visualize heat transfer in the case and it has graphing and logging functions. It also allows you to set fan profiles for the PSU. My build is: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor 11W - 88W Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme 99.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler 10W - 15W Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard 17W - 70W Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory 36W - 36W Samsung 850 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive 1W - 5W MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card 36W - 145W Total: 111W - 359W At minimum power the SW shows my rig at 80% efficiency. I chose the 750 for OC and future SLI while still keeping around 33% margin. As is, the rig hits 90% efficiency while playing graphics intensive games. A quality product, highly recommended.
