Adjustable, Bright, and Compact... Ideal for Video and Photography
This light is thin, lightweight, and very bright, making it convenient for on-the-go setups. It takes standard NP batteries, which is helpful if you already have them for other gear. ... It doesn’t replace a softbox and can create slightly harsher shadows, but that is ok, depending on your use... it works well for lighting a green screen, scenes, or subjects. With adjustable color temperature and brightness, this light provides solid control, and you can power it with either batteries or an AC adapter. Neewer is known for reliable quality, and this light fits that standard. Overall, it’s a practical choice at a reasonable price.

Value budget light for close range, but that’s it
This was one of my first purchases for a video studio setup. After about 2 months of use here’s my review:PROS:- excellent value for the price especially when on discount!- easy to set up, convenient travel case included- suitable brightness for close range lighting such as a desk or close lighting in a talking head video- useful in certain applications for background or accent lightingCONS:- Warm color temps are drastically less bright than cooler- color temp is not a fine tuning mechanism on this esp with cool leds far brighter than warm. There is a position on the warm end that will flicker, requiring you to go warmer or cooler to use.- Dimmer is weird. Goes from 10% to 100%. 10% can be almost too bright when very close like a desk setup. 10-50% gives a meaningful boost in brightness however 50-100% is almost negligible difference.- Brightness falls off drastically at range, not a great light for film studio work, I added a grid to better control the light and it made it even worse.- the hard plastic components are suitable for use at home and with minor careful travel but it feels quite cheaply made and could be easily brokenAdvice: this is a budget panel great for a desk and other close range uses. If you got a tight budget and find this on special to use up close it’s a decent buy. For professional uses, more versatility or quality, I recommend opting for a brighter and higher quality LED panel or continuous light. I don’t regret having it as I can find some uses for it but find it’s lacking in many areas leaving me shopping for a better option.

Large, Bright, Soft Light
This does exactly what I wanted it to do which is to add lighting to my iPad based Photo Booth. It’s large and very bright. Makes a huge difference in the photo and video output quality. The diffused panel doesn’t hurt your eyes or make you squint like a lot of other lights will either. Super happy so far. A slightly larger bag that allows you to keep the mount attached would be the only thing I’d change for my specific use but this won’t likely be an issue for most.

Pretty Pretty good
I have a smaller version that broke so I got this one. Love the removable batteries and the fact that it works with one or two. The remote is a plus although not intuitive to use. It's big and heavy though. Luckily I had a tripod stand already. Lastly although dimmable it doesn't get THAT dim. In othet words at 1 percent brightness it can be too much

Light and bright and easy to place.
Surprisingly bright and with soft-box like light quality. Small, light-weight and easy to accurately place. A good value. The brightness and color balance are controllable. Very nice.
