It is made with chocolate, a delicate crunchy crepe (that would be flour), caramel and obviously sugar. I ate all mine so I don’t have a box to look at. They are delicious! **Q: Does this taste exactly as Maxim's?** A: I have never had Maxins but these Gavottes are delicious!!!! **Q: How many cookies are in the box?** A: I do not currently have a box on hand, but I purchased the large black metal box that contains both dark and milk chocolate crepes. There were quite a few, and they are delicious. The metal box probably contains 3-4 times as much as the smaller paper box.
