The seller did not provide a zone map. I live in Kentucky. I ordered early and planted according to the guidelines provided by the farmer's almanac and master gardeners recommendations. Everything that I planted this year did wonderfully. This item grew 2 or 3 inches with weak stalks and produced nothing.

When is the good time to plan?

I put them in in early May and they they did real good. They are a slow grewer.

Are these onions cold tolerant?

Well I planted mine and September and harvested them in end of October or November. If you can get them to sprout before the cold comes there quite tolerant

Are these seeds organic?

You can have it inside or outside the house, the important thing is that it has a lot of light and that the water does not stagnate when you water it.
