Good book
For me I thought it was quite good;simple things you can do and practice in your life.Usually simple and obvious things are the things we need to learn the most.

Confused
I understand this was a short book, but it is very basic and it feels geared more towards anxiety than confidence.

Three Stars
It is literally tiny. Didn't expect it to be so little with little information in it.

Nice little book to keep on hand.
I love this little book. I kept in in my purse so I could look at it when I needed a supportive pick-me-up when I was going through a rough time learning a new job. It's good for anytime! I recommend it! Makes a great gift to give yourself or someone you care about!

Good advice to grow your confidence!
This is a fast read, but contains much valuable help for those needing a boost of confidence. Success in achieving self-confident takes time and patience, and grows best when giving value to others!

You can return from the city of no return
This book helped me to return from the "city of no return." Its small discrete form factor is perfect for the frequent unforeseen moments, of the constant and persistent loss of self confidence. Suddenly, finding out you have no self confidence can force you to embrace the darks lights, and dance to the music of failure in the busy emptiness of the club of no self confidence. Anyone who has been restructured out of work after 10 strong years service, at the wrong side of 40 buying a flat, should understand more or less the feeling of defeat today, ready tomorrow, that perpetual nightmare that lives and breeds in the city of no return. If what I have written resonates with your soul? Then buy this book now! Get ready to leave the dance floor and come home. Start reading page 82 to 92 HANDLING FEAR! everyday without fail for 2 weeks (solid), and begin to feel yourself naturally levitate home. I have read this book many times, so that I could gain the strength of self belief to go home. hope this helps you make this purchase decision. I love home.

Absolutely tiny!
Seems like an ok book, I didn't find any enlightening or wise advise but there are bite size positivity tips you can read in under a minute. It's the size of a tissue packet, quite literally pocket size. Great if you want the simplest positive affirmations that fit in almost any pocket. Not so much for anything profound.

A great little book to fight negativity and low mood thoughts.
I purchased this book as a gift for a friend who is currently going through a hard time. I actually own this book myself and have been using it myself for many years. There are 159 pages of positive affirmations by the author Susan Jeffers who also wrote Feel the Fear and do it anyway. (Another great book!) This little book and yes it is a very small book, can easily pop it in your handbag has a lot of helpful ideas and advice to combat negative thinking.

Brilliant
Brilliant , it helped me during the time I had postnatal depression. Before I reached out for more treatment , this book has helped tremendously during those dark times. I also have her other book (feel the fear and do it anyway) but I found this one to be more easy to understand and relate to. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. It's a fantastic book.
