Best One Yet!!!!
This is very strong, if you can get past that… you’re golden. It works and provides me with lots of energy for weights and cardio. Just bought my second bottle before I was even halfway done with the first bottle. I think I’ve found the L-Carnitine for me.

Easy to Use
An easy way to take l-carnitine. It is made with vegetable glycerin so large doses might cause a laxative effect in some. (Me for sure)

5 CARBS PER DOSE.
Just beware. This has five carbs per dose. I was taking four different t supplements from now and all had 5 carbs putting me at my limit for keto. If you are carnivore keto or diabetic this is no good.

It works for my wife and I, however...
I bought two bottles (2 months worth for 2 people) of this for my wife and I to take before our workouts. We are both relatively small people (140lbs and 110Lbs), and workout consistently 3 times per week with 40 minutes sessions of high-intensity weightlifting--to satisfy our needs for muscle building and cardio into one workout. Also, because we are primarily on a plant-based diet, we lack Carnitine in our diet--typically found in red meat. For each of our weight and size, we each take about 1500mg per day. Each of us take about a half TBSP (2 TSP) right before each work out, and will add that to each of our morning smoothies on the days we don't work out. After only a month, we have definitely seen results. During our first few workouts on "the Juice" my wife kept mentioning the extra energy she had during her workout--giving her that extra drive and motivation to work harder and have a more productive workout. We have also seen visual results. That little bit of "fluff" my wife always complained about below her belly button is now gone. And I appear more lean than the time I dipped down around 136lbs! My current weight is now around 145lbs, which means that I have gained more muscle--probably due to the faster recovery. My wife is currently around 114lbs now--so the same applies to her. Body fat % is a much better indicator of progress since lean muscle weighs more than fat.HOWEVER...While I definitely have seen positive changes in both my wife and I since we started taking this, I always relate back to my basic beliefs about any supplement. First, nothing you simply take will make a lasting change on your body if you are not will to workout in conjunction with the supplement. The second can best be summarized from a page from the book "Food Rules" by Michael Pollan:"BE THE KIND OF PERSON THAT TAKES SUPPLIMENTS--THEN SKIP THE SUPLIMENTS.We know that people who take supplements are generally healthier than the rest of us, and we also know that in controlled studies most of the supplements they take don't appear to be effective. How can this be? Supplement takers are healthy for reason that have nothing to do with the pills. They're typically more health conscious, better educated, and more affluent. They're also more likely to exercise and eat whole grains. So to the extent you can, be the kind of person who would take supplements, and then save your money. (there are exceptions to this rule, for people with have a specific nutrient deficiency or are older than fifty. As we age, our need for antioxidants increase while our body's ability to absorb then from the diet declines. And if you don't each much fish, it couldn't hurt to take fish oil supplements too.)"Basically, Are we now going to take this for the rest our lives? No. But it will get us in the mindset needed right now to continue to make better decisions in the future.
