I find the drink to be quick and easy - no waiting - no powder to mix. The carmel offers quite a delightful taste and for an extra treat, put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to make it like a milkshake. Yummy! Some may consider it to be a bit pricy but the only real drawback for me is that you must remember to wash the chalky residue from your mouth before it drys. It's not as simply as licking your lips but that doesn't stop me from purchasing it.

Very sweet
The caramel is really sweet. The only way I can drink them is to add a bit of almond milk, water and ice to dilute it a bit. The price was good, $49.99. I usually pay over $100 for Optifast chocolate which is delicious but I see the price went up to $80 on this so I would. It buy again.

UPDATE! Replacements received!!!
The media could not be loaded. At least one container busted (ship damage) and leaked out onto the rest of them. Most were stuck to the box due to the dried stickiness. I was able to salvage 13 out of the 27. Disappointing as I am only 5 days post op from surgery & NEEDED these and cannot travel to store for more. Hoping I can be reimbursed for the 14 containers that are a loss. UPDATE! Changing 1 star to 5!!! I am so pleased with the replacement case of 27. I was only hoping to get the 14 that were damaged replaced - what a blessing to receive a whole new case of 27!!!!! Thank you so very much. I will definitely order again.

15g protein, sweet cream taste
Ordered these for after surgery. I liked the taste before surgery, but they were too sweet after surgery. Great protein content at 15g per serving.

I loved the taste also I used this energy drink forhelping control my high diabetes and my weight control.lsuccessfully lost fifty pounds without any trouble. I drinked onefor breakfast,for lunch I drinked an energy drink with a toss saladand crackers.For my. dinner I had a full course meal without frying.Baking my meats or broiling.vegetables and using Mrs.Dash seasonand olive oil.I was very created in making up my meals .......

I only had one shake and experienced an allergic reaction. I am very disappointed that this item can’t be refunded.
