Hats off to inventors!What a simple yet effective little item this is!Gone are the days of sitting uncomfortably on the edge of a chair, hunched over, with my knees clenched around a slippery odd-shaped bottle of nail polish - only to have it slip through and onto the floor 😱 or precariously balancing a bottle of it on the arm of the sofa - gingerly wiping the brush on the bottle with just enough force to wipe off the excess - while still keeping it upright only to have the cat jump up and knock it flying....🙀😸This cushion is ingenious!! Measuring 30 x 30 x 8cm the beautifully patterned cushion (mine is flowered) sits neatly on your lap, it has 2 circular pockets where you put your nail polish - it’s not a tightly gripping holder, but so long as you’ve loosened the cap a little (and it’s not crusty and dried up) it will hold the bottle just enough that you can easily unscrew the top, use, then screw back on - using only one hand! The pockets hold most bottles securely, but - and here’s the only slight downer - it won’t securely hold all bottles, so if you’ve got a mini bottle or a tall thin bottle and you tip the cushion, these will fall out - also some bottles (Nails.INC. In particular) won’t fit in the holders at all, but most brands bottles will. (OPI bottles fit snuggly).In the centre of the cushion is a rectangular piece of faux-leather where you place your hand to paint the nails. On the reverse is a handy Velcro pocket - perfect for holding files and scissors. They come in a range of attractive pretty patterns or plain solid colours, are made from quality cotton canvas and filled to look nice and plump and hold it’s shape while still feeling soft and squishy!At £17.99 (18/1/21) I think that it's amazing value and would make an ideal and thoroughly appreciated gift for anyone who likes to paint their nails - you could even include polish and nail files for a really personalised gift.

Bought for Xmas gift for my 11yr old, she will love it, it’s so cute, good size not to big, I like that it has an area for your hand as well as slots for nail polish, on the other side it has a little pocket to put other accessories in, the fabric is nice and soft.

Have bought this for my Mum - whose nails are always immaculate, she has always enjoyed doing her own manicures but as she get older she finds it harder. This cushion will make things a lot easier as shh can now do so on her lap - much more comfortable, and there are 2 little inserts to place polish - which means she no longer has to worry about unsteady hands knocking bottles over. Comes well packaged, is well made and attractive - making it a perfect as a gift.

The product is a great idea and makes home manicures far more of a doddle. It comes well packed in its own rigid plastic box which is just as well as Amazon's delivery service quite happily left it in the middle of the drive in the pouring rain without even ringing the doorbell.
