I have several violin cases that cost what this MI&VI did and more, but they are no where near as well made as this one. This case is just beautiful, well made and extremely functional. It's a little larger in the keeper part than my other cases and so my violin fits snug, but not tight. My only concern is that the part that hold the neck in place is a ribbon with a magnet on the end. We shall see how that works. So far so good. I highly recommend this violin case. You won't be disappointed.
