Excellent product. I brushed it around the screws that were on the roof of my pole barn. The roof leaked in several areas. I swept the roof and applied this product. I haven’t had a leak in ANY area since I did it. Highly recommend the product and it goes a lot farther than you think it will.

Best product for working on a horse trailer, videoing the process and this stuff seals good along the roof seams and base of the roof I got more coats in and the tickness is perfect best product for the money

I was thoroughly impressed with this product. I have a WWII era Quonset hut that is partially covered by a roof and partly exposed. The exposed part was getting rough but not rusted through anywhere. I cleaned with a very stiff bristled brush and rinsed with hose and let dry. This stuff covered amazingly. I couldn’t believe how much coverage I got out of this. I ordered 10 gallons and was afraid that might not be enough. I ended up only using about 4 gallons. I even tried to apply it as thick as I could. It fills in and covers pin holes and old screw holes very well. For reference I painted the end 10’ of Quonset hut with 4 gallons. This also works good for dipping tool handles into such as pliers, channel locks, or hammers to put a new rubber coating on them. I wasn’t sure about this product when ordering but I am completely satisfied and can definitely recommend. Worked great for me. It did stop all of my leaks btw.

it was I expected and yes did good job and easy to work with but yes messy but knew that already.

I haven’t had it on the roof long enough to give it a test but so far it seems to have sealed up some rusted holes that were leaking.

It’s hard to tell, I used it as an under coating for my truck bed that I cut out and replaced! It painted on real thick. If it stays playable and holds on, it will be good!! It’s got to be better than just paint!!!

used this to seal up my metal roof that had some leaks, very easy to apply. The material is strong and coverage is great, this was a cost effective solution to provide extra durability to my structure.

A very good product. not sure it was mentioned in the product information but it is water soluble. and needs to dry properly before any water gets on it

j'ai donné 2 couches sur ma toiture de maison mobile tel que recommandé. sèche très rapidement. il est brun lors de l'épandage et deviens noirs lorsque il est sec. cela te permet de voir les endroits que tu as oublié facilement. donne une belle surface noire lisse très caoutchouteuse. rentre facilement dans tout les orifices. j'adore ce produit.

Used on a rusted metal roof that wasn't protected by a gutter. To replace the roof it would've cost me over a thousand dollars plus many hours in labour. This product saves time, money, and resources. I still have plenty left and plan on using it to restore another metal roof. Apply generously. I only did one coat but went really heavy. I used aviation snips to clean up the gutter edge of the metal roof. I suggest securing the roof in any loose areas before applying. Fill any larger holes with waterproof caulking (I prefer gutter caulking) and apply liquid rubber over top. You can also tape seems and cracks before applying... I would just use aluminum duct tape but up to you. Do your own research ;
