Everything everyone says about this about how amazing it is is right on. It’s amazing. It’s so easy to vacuum and so easy to switch between using the wand. Using the wand so much has my floors looking better than ever and has even other areas like shelves and pantry looking great.One thing to note is this is a big vacuum. And it’s heavy. Some people said it’s heavy but not bad. It’s heavy. I almost sent it back and tried a different one that rates lighter but I love all the other features I just kept it and take the work out.I suggest if you have stairs or any kind of lugging around with your vacuum needs to get another lift away that’s lighter.We plan to move into a 3 story home next year and I will use this for the upstairs and get another one for down stairs and stairs.Also, super easy to rinse out and clean, let dry over night and put back together in the morning. This is so easy that it’s become a weekly rinse out.

Bought refurbished and was a little afraid to make purchase but I am extremely happy with it!! Works great!! Love that it has head lights! Easy to clean out! Works great on my carpet and tile! Has a self cleaning brush that I absolutely love cause I have pets! Picks up dog hair with ease. Very light weight. And has release options to remove base and keep cleaning for those pesky cob webs. Perfect size dumpster so you don't have to keep dumping. 10/10 reccomend!

This is my second one of this model number and itis a good vaccuum. The hose to the wand does break after some timeand they ate $50 to replace so i tried this refurb and itis in great condition except for the insulation missing on a part of the cord. Previous owner must have ran over the cord and chewed it up. My wife tried the vaccuum for the first time and she told me that she got shocked.

I have two big dogs that shed a ton, it’s hard to keep up with their hair. I go through vacuums more than I care to admit- I’ve always used Bissell but decided to give this a try after reading reviews. Price was amazing and product was in perfect condition regardless of being refurbished. I’m very impressed with how easy it pushes on my thick shag carpet and it picked up 10x more hair than anything I’ve used in the past. A bit heavy but that doesn’t bother me. Really excited about this vacuum!

This is a great vacuum for cat hair. The brushes are powerful and the suction is great. The brushes don't get clogged up with hair like other vacuums I have used. You will have to pop the top off sometimes to pull out some hair, but it's really easy to do so. Push the two buttons in on the top of the rotary brushes and then pick up the collected hair on top of the roller and then put the top back on. The only thing I wish it had was a brush attachment.

This one lasted not even 7 month's. Its not running well at all, I clean the thing constantly, make sure its not clogged etc The previous one same model lasted a year, the hose broke and you cannot get a replacement. Tired of buying a new one every year.In 7 years I have gone through 8 shark vacuums. None have held up to a shedding dog and a molting messy parrot. Right now I have 2 to take to the dump. And another, the navigator on its way soon as well.None of the attachments fit the other models either.Farewell Shark, it has not been fun. Just causing more landfill garbage.Its unfortunate you cant get replacement parts. The previous one the plastic hose broke, then the housing for the rotary brush crumpled to pieces.I gave them a fair go, now I give them a Zero.

I bought a reconditioned Shark after lots of research and I am quite happy. I have almost all hardwood floors and no vacuum I have bought would suck up dried leaves, dust bunnies, pet hair, general mess. I could watch the things either being blown away or my vacuum would pretend to suck it up and would simply spin it out the back and hope I didn't notice. Not the Shark. It sucks!! It even gets debris that is right next to the molding and cleans up every dead leaf that gets tracked into my house!I will say that I was completely spastic at getting the hang of manipulateing the vacuum, but a bit of practice has solved that. I'm getting the hang of it.Bottom line: if you have hardwood floors, you need this Shark. So far, the reconditioned vac is great and I have no problems with it and saved money!! Win-win.

I wanted to buy a shark vacuum, but they’re prohibitively expensive, so I bought this renewed unit from here. I was a little skeptical since it was a refurbished unit, but honestly it was in very good shape, and it works really well.
