Not sure - I've only used then with Maxi Cosi car seats.

A lot of well-known websites and manufacturer websites need to update their info. It was frustrating. I went to the LA Baby Show, talked to the Babyzen YOYO booth and they told me the YOYO+ adapters works with Nuna Pipa. They also told me Nuna is the original creator of the YOYOs. This seems to not say anywhere online, but I take their word for it.

Yes., at least with the Nuna Pipa car seat. The adapters work with the 2015 YOYO, although as others have mentioned it's work to get them on, and the car seat fits without making any changes to the YOYO. The adapters snap on securely (once you get them on) and the car seat firmly attaches.
