These stools are pretty nice for the cost! When we first got them, there were all these little black beads within the legs (metal pieces?) so that was annoying because they got all over the floor. However the company helped us out because of the inconvenience. After using for a while the one chair back fabric started to detach from the solid piece, and so we requested replacement. They sent us two new stools because apparently they can't just replace singular parts. We didn't really need two new stools but it was nice that they accomodated us and stood by their product. Would recommend if you are looking for a quality stool on a budget.

While I'm overall happy with this purchase, there are some things that prospective buyers should be made of aware of BEFORE purchasing this item:ASSEMBLY: I would say that assembly is NOT easy. It's moderately easy, assuming #1 that all parts are included (which were in my case) and #2 that all parts are functional- At least 3 of the various screws had tread that were warped and could NOT be screwed in (thereby making assembly IMPOSSIBLE)- however the product does come with ONE extra screw for each three different types of screws needed to assemble this (contained within a small bag labeled 'extra screws'- fortunately for me, all three defective screws were of different types, if I had encountered more than one defective screw (of one of the three particular 3 different types) then I would not have been able to complete the assembly.#2- You'll need a pair of work/mechanic gloves (I suppose winter gloves would work provided that they're not too thick to impede use of the single metal 'screw in' tool provided, used to screw in all three different types of screws)- using these gloves will allow you to securely tighten these screws in, to ensure optimal stability of the stools' construction/support, while saving your hands/fingers from potential injury/pain!#3- While these chairs do have plastic feet, some have stated in their reviews that they do not scratch wood floors- I DISAGREE STRONGLY. I would not trust these feet alone on my expensive wood floors. Luckily had some adhesive felt 'furniture slides at home' that were narrow enough in shape to simply adhere to the bottom of the plastic feet, allowing me to easily slide around the chairs on my expensive wood floor without scratching them at all, of being to slippery- it's perfect!Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase, but would have been upset if either parts were missing and/or if more screws had been defective. requiring me to either reach out to company's support to hopefully count on (while waiting) them sending me replacement screws, or wasting time going out to the hardware store to find that precise match.

Great chair and design, awesome piece for home.

I had my kitchen remodeled and bought these stools for my island. My husband said they were not as easy to assemble. The holes and the screws did not match. He had to redrill all the holes.

They are beautiful and quality bar stools!

EDIT: Have had these for a few months now and they wipe up wonderfully, despite the suede-like fabric. I’ve even gotten grease out just with water and a cloth. Definitely worth it!These are great bar stools for the cost. They are comfortable, really structurally sound (assembly was easy) and look more expensive than they are. We have small kids and so I like to have things that look nice, but are inexpensive/easy to clean. I took a gamble since I thought these would be more of a slick pleather, since the description says you just wipe them down to clean. However, they’re more of a soft suede style. So, they’d definitely get stained or hold grease spots easily. However, I’ll ScotchGuard them and hope for the best! The only other critique I would have is that one has some ripples in the fabric from how it was sewn and the other is completely smooth. I wish they were both uniform that way, but it’s not a significant issue.
