I bought this green tea to see what all the fuss was about. I understand the health benefits which is why I will keep trying them. It hasn't got a lot of taste really. I added a spot of honey to see if that made any difference. It didn't really!! I am used to punchy ginger tea usually which Is why I find this tasteless. However i have a recipe for an anti ageing cream using this tea. You Steep 2 teabags in a cup of hot water, after 10 mins, remove the teabags. Then add a tablespoon of the following, coconut oil, honey and 2 table spoon of Aloe Vera gel. Mix throughly and pour into a clean pot or jar with a lid. Apply to your face before going to bed. You will notice results after a week. Repeat the process when your jar is empty. It is affordable, natural skincare. Each ingredient has a role to play on your skin. It works I promise. You can buy pure Aloe gel from Amazon, it has many uses so it is worth buying. It costs £3. Organic coconut oil has many uses too. Honey has been used on skin since Egyptian times. It is nature's sweetener too and better for you than refined sugar. All these products have multiple uses so it is worth having them in your home. Thank you for reading my novel x x
