Best quality for the price!
For the price and performance these diapers can't beaten! I've tried pretty much every brand of adult diaper since my Crohn's diagnosis back in 2013. It was actually startling to see how many brands and types of incontinence products are offered. It's basically a world you never knew existed until you you need them and starting out can be overwhelming. That's why I finally decided to write a public review of these. Sometimes it's difficult to not feel insecure or embarrassed when facing the reality of needing to wear diapers again. Especially in your mid twenties(25 when I was diagnosed and started needing these). When it comes to incontinence supplies there are a massive amount of options available and I had to use the trial and error method unfortunately. I wish I had known about these way back in 2013. It could've saved me a ton of horrible experiences. Tranquility ATNs definitely made the quality of my life better and renewed the confidence that the disease stole from me. Also, when comparing these to diapers that cost between $3-$4 each they are definitely on par with them. In my nearly 10 years I've used over 50 cases and would confidently put them up against any incontinence product on the market. Especially for my needs. If you're in a medical situation that requires the use of diapers please do yourself a favor and give these a shot. If worn properly these will definitely hold up to whatever you need them for. I'm about to enter my 10th year of this ordeal and there's no other diaper I would trust for the price. If you're one of the people out there that need a product like this I hope you realize you aren't alone. I know it seems that way sometimes but there are millions and millions of us that require these everyday of their lives. If you're one of these people you can take my word that if worn properly these will not let you down! Hopefully somebody found this review helpful and I wish you good luck with whatever you're facing! ✌️

Best Value!!!
Free Samples: Before you order these, go to tranquilityproducts.com and try it for free. Of each category, you can order up to 2 sample packs. Each sample pack contains a quantity of 2. I recommend narrowing down your product in a category down to 1 and use your 2 free samples on the sizes since many people believe Tranquility fits on the small side. Get one of your free samples the size you think you are according to their size chart and then get one size bigger. I also order samples of the boosters since I’m a heaver wetter. You might also want to consider some of the other categories such as the disposable underwear (Pull-Up style) if you’re unsure if the briefs (tape on diapers) are right for you.Plastic Cover: These diapers have a loud crinkly plastic cover that I love but other might not. I like the plastic cover because they remind me of the “all plastic” baby diapers from my generation. Other benefits of an all plastic diaper is they have better odor control. It also prevents leaks if you’re a side sleeper. The crinkle can easily muffled under briefs or heavy clothing.Shape: These diapers are hour-glass shaped as you’d expect, but are very narrow between the legs. I guess the advantage to that is it might increase movement (no waddling) and minimize chafing. You don’t feel the diaper pressing against the inside of your legs.Padding: The padding is very thin so I like to double them up with boosters. I’m very impressed with how much the padding holds for being so thin. I like that the padding extends through the wings for added protection for side sleepers. The padding on the front doesn’t extent as high as it could. There’s several inches of excess material in the front beyond the padding. Read on to “Fitting Tips” to learn how I manage this excess material.Fit and Tapes: I normally fit a medium in other brands but the mediums are too small in Tranquilities so I get them in large. They have no stretch and no landing zone, only double layered tapes. If you get the tapes in the right position the first time, you can use the double layered tape as a make-shift landing zone so you can unfasten them on those occasions you can make it to the bathroom and refasten them when you’re done. Or if you don’t fasten it right the first time, use the double layered tapes as one last try to get it right. You might also find that because these diapers lack stretch, they tend to sag and are practically falling off by morning…or at least on me. Everyone is shaped differently, so it may be different for you. Read on to “Fitting Tips” for my solutions for what I consider a bad fit design.Fitting Tips: First lay the diaper out flat. Then put position your booster insert if you use those. Then fold the excess material in the front inward. Optional: Apply a couple of strips of white Duct Tape across the front outer cover if you want to create a landing zone. Lay down on the diaper. Verify you are positioned correctly by pulling the diaper front and sides up over yourself prior to taping. If you’re satisfied with your position, tape only the top tapes. Then apply white Duck Tape strips over and slightly below the top tapes. Fold over the ends of the Duck Tape to create pull-tabs. You don’t need the lower tapes. Tuck any excess material in the diaper. The result is a snug fitting diaper that’s only where you need it. It’s quite comfy, cool, non-restricting, and will stay snug all night.Value: I got these because I don’t want to waist my premium diapers that cost $2 - $3 a diaper during my workweek when I have to wake up so early. I hate the idea of throwing those expensive diapers away if I only wet them once or twice during a short night. These diapers are less than a $1 each so I don’t mind wasting them. However, to my surprise, they hold more than I expected following my “Fitting Tips.”

Do not last through the night. Decent daytime diaper
There is a competitor product for Astronauts that is a superior daytime diaper, for us heavy leakage peeps, that is superior. However, these are functional, have minimal crinkle (for stealth) and hold a fair amount. People that have vaginas, may find these to perform differently.I will say, that I have been able to wear these with dress pants and that was good. When I know I will be out and unable to get to a restroom or change my diaper, I’ll add a booster. These, despite the name, will not last all through the night. Period.

They work!
My 98 year old mother has moved into an assisted living home recently. The staff suggested Tranquility products to give her comfort and ability to sleep through the night. They have a been a game changer, giving comfort and working as they claimed. On another note, the package was addressed to the wrong address through my fault. I called your team at Amazon and they were so helpful. They connected me to United Parcel on a conference call where I could give the correct address. They assured me that the package would be delivered to the correct address. When the package didn't arrive, I had to track it down on my own. I found the package at the address I gave in error, thankful that the resident was kind and understanding of the situation. I know it is no fault of Amazon, but thought you would want to know that UPS cannot always be relied on to do as they assured me, they would. Suzy Brunson

Not as absorbent as I expected
These were very nice - my father-in-law said it was comfortable and a good fit. The Absorbancy was an issue - he is pretty much bedridden so he cannot change them himself so they need to be on 8-10 hours sometimes. the first time he was in them for 10 hours and was wet up the back. I contacted the company and they took them back with a full refund. I wish they had worked as they were reasonably priced.
