Cobra Plumbing 44030 1/2" X 3' Heavy Duty Toilet Auger

Bought at hardware store named after that Frehley guy in Kiss because I needed it now not even today. The cable snake detached from the solid spinning rod on my first use of the product. Is it really that hard to make a product that lasts a while? My simple advice to you: buy somebody else’s.

Arrived very quickly: in just one day after I received the email that it has been shipped. Broke as quickly. Was labelled Do It Heavy Duty Toilet Auger. Broke on first use. The rotating handle got detached from the snake spring. Had to pull out the spring from the toilet. Not as bad as other reviewer who had to call a plumber but still not very good situation to be in. Also, the snake head is rather large and hard to push down the toilet to begin with. Maybe that was because we have a new construction home with the modern water saving toilets.

I used this a total of once before it broke. Worst is that it broke in my toilet and has wedged in and clogged the main drain pipe out of our house. We are now waiting for the plumber to open the pipe and remove it! How much will this cost!!!! Do Not Buy This Product!
