The bread, he is risen!!
This dry sourdough/yeast-mother is the real deal! We made olive+sundried-tomato+raisin bread this afternoon. They turned out soft and fluffy but not overly hollow and cavernous... just the right amount of density! Texture and mouthfeel were perfect! Going to try pizza next!Instructions are in Italian. It works and tastes lovely
Perfect for slow prove Romanian style pizza base and also made lovely focaccia and bread. Shop bread additives bloat one of us and give the other heartburn and migraines. No problems with this as an alternative to regular yeast. And it DOESN'T taste vinegary! Lovely rich wheat flavour when used with 00 flour. Followed the recipe with 500g flour and it yielded 4 v large pizza bases(thin crust)

For a perfect dough!
Easy to store, easy to use, simple to take the right quantity for a perfect dough. My homemade pizza never been so soft. Very similar to the proper Napoletan pizza. I’m going to buy it again!!
