Advertising shows crystal clear image but reality is not. It does magnify but the image is wavy, distorted and looks refracted.

I tried every angle in my room with the lights on with the lights off you name it I tried it. There were so many streaks and distortion that it was frustrating to see the picture. Not worth it. Amazing. This really works. My mom is 91 and problems seeing. It also works for magnifying printed materials. Hope the photos show the difference. The printed material enlarged to the size of the screen. This screen size is actually 6”x10”. Photo doesn’t show how large it actually looks in person.If there was a larger version, I would get that for my mom too.

We chose this product specifically because it said it was a 14" screen but its a little less than 12" so false advertising. The product works decently, but we wouldn't have chosen this product for what it cost.

The picture on the phone does not fill the screen as shown. The whole phone is magnified with plenty of space around it.The magnified picture is crisp and clear.

Really happy with product. Simple to use, inexpensive and easy to set on a desk or hold for magnified reading or video screening. I bet these are good for people with vision problems or fatigue from reading small phones. Even after making fonts as big as I can, and struggling with my glasses on and off, my phone is still too small for me to read unless it's inches from my face, yet I need to have a usable phone. I also don't have the ability at present to buy a data plan for a tablet even if I wanted one. Samsung Android, iPhone, doesn't seem to matter, their size, even the newest versions, are painfully - literally - too small. I didn't want to purchase a tablet or laptop because I need to have a device that is usable and easy to handle for daily phone calls, reading online, or viewing basically anything. This little magnifier will help me enormously.

Great idea, poor execution. Basically this is a giant magnifying glass. The plastic magnifier slides out and flips over and a small plastic flap flips up to rest your phone on. I bought it to use photographs to draw. I hated having to waste ink and paper printing out photos I was using just to sketch. So this idiot thing has no way to lock the screen or support flap in place. If you bump it or move it, it just collapses. The phone rest is not well designed and you have to look at it straight on for it to work. So unless you can place the whole thing at eye level it is useless. When you try to hold it in your lap and tilt it up-it collapses. If you try to adjust your phone to a better angle-collapses. So every time I use it I have to tape it all in place and rubber band my phone to it otherwise it won't stay open. Only buy this item if you want to experience bouts of frustration and serious urges to throw things off a cliff! I gave 2 stars because I love the idea and I hope they redesign this item to be user friendly to humans.

Cute product, wished it had an option for vertical as well as horizontal viewing, and some adjustable feet to raise the viewing screen for easier viewing.
