Authentic Masali khara. Great flavor, but spicy.
This is a North Karnataka spice called Masali Khara which is must have for anyone from North Karnataka. It is delicious & can be used in cooking or spread on toast with ghee or as a side chutney with ghee.. this has more chilli than what we make at home but the flavours are the same. This is a must have in my kitchen. I am glad I can order this from Amazon.
