The media could not be loaded.  I bought this mug back in January of 2019 and the durability of this mug is unmatched! Even after 5 years, the outside looks almost brand new. I’ve never washed it in the dishwasher so that’s also helped to maintain the outer painting. I even used to bring this mug with me to work when I was working in the office and since it didn’t fit in my cup holder because of the handle, I put it on my seat. Which let me say, thank you that it is leak proof because I might have a stain or two on the seat. The only unfortunate part of my mug, is that I seemed to have misplaced the lid but even still it keeps my coffee warmer than a typical ceramic mug would so I still continue to use it. This mug has been great from day 1 and I will continue to use it.

This is an insulated stainless steel mug with powercoating and collegiate team logo. It is beautiful and appears to be top quality. I purchased this for a gift and will update with their experience with this travel mug. It came with a lid and long lasting cold and heat retention. The only downside that I noticed is that the team logo is only on one side so right handed users can't display their support as outwardly as left handed people. I will buy more Simple Modern products when they are back in stock.

I gifted this for Christmas and decided to buy my hubby one as well - it’s his favorite mug! Keeps the coffee warm for so long and it’s the perfect size! Great camping mug too! I’ll be buying more for sure!

My cousin absolutely love this cup. It's keeps hot liquid hot and cold liquid cold. Easily to clean and it fits in the cupholder in car.

The mug is beautiful!The handle on the one I ordered didn't have a good weld or whatever the process is for connecting it to the mug. I reached out to the company to see if I could receive a replacement. Within 24 hours they kindly responded, processed a replacement order and sent a thank you note. I'm so incredibly impressed with their stellar customer service! And I'm grateful I'll still be able to gift this beautiful Badgers mug to my Grandpa for Christmas.

I think this product will be very durable, but I gave four stars because it arrived with dings. I exchanged for a new one and the second one was perfect. The seller ships the items in a plastic bag LOL...so, to me, dings are to be expected. It was a pain to have to exchange, but I’m happy with the ease of the exchange. I can’t rate it’s warmth because it’s a gift and I haven’t used it.

It is useful just to pour your drink in and immediately drink it!!!!It is not appropriate for keeping the drinks hot or cold for 2-3hours!it really does not work!
