These are nice Silver, cotton filled Jewelry Boxes. They have a very good amount of nice, clean cotton. They have a smooth, flat Silver surface, unlike all the other Silver Jewelry boxes I have ordered or seen. This is a good thing as I think the common, textured, shiny, “busy” Silver Jewelry boxes are terribly gaudy. (You have definitely seen them if you have searched for Silver Jewelry boxes. They are also available in Gold.). I think those are awful. But THESE! These have no pattern, are more of a “matte” Silver. Very classy.My only problem with these is that they do show any little indent or scratch or speck of dirt. For example: if you lightly ran your fingernail across the box, it would show and would be unusable, in my opinion. Some of the boxes I received also came “dirty”. I would say 10 out of 100 I can’t use. Maybe others would, but I sell Jewelry and will be using these for Bridesmaids Jewelry Gifts, so I need them to be perfect.I would definitely order again. I normally order from this company, The Display Guys. They have the best boxes I have found at the best prices, and I have ordered tens of thousands of boxes over the years!

the boxes look dirty. There's stuff on them that looks like glue or something and they look used.

All boxes arrived well packed and intact. They are beautiful and enhance the look my handmade jewelry.
