My fish arrived in a double bagged container that was chilled and insulated less than 24 hours after they were shipped. They were overnighted via FedEx next day air. Pay the extra money, especially in this warm weather so that the fish are sure to arrive healthy. Cost of the fish plus the shipping is a little on the expensive side, but not bad considering what some other places are charging. The colors and varieties of these are quite stunning. They are exactly as described on the website. I would highly recommend this vendor.

Arrived healthy with a spare for good measure. Some were bigger than others, but within the specified size purchased. Their coloring was bright and diversified. It’s now been four years with some being lost due to predators, but they have reproduced successfully every year, leaving me with far more than I started with.

In all fairness, this may be the luck of the draw having ordered just before New Year's, but, we ordered the 25 count of calico and they shipped on December 30th, but didn't arrive until January 2nd. There was not a lot of water for 25 fish, it was super cloudy, and the fish were beyond distressed and gasping at the surface in the bag. We've lost at least two, so far, and several others are not doing well (laying on their sides, gasping, on the bottom, swimming in their sides, swimming in spurts to the surface then drifting back down) We'll give it some time to see how they do in the long run, but very disappointed the vendor chose to send them when and how they did. The ones that have recovered seem to be doing okay, as you can see in the video. Hopefully we don't lose too many more. That said, their size was good and they're very attractive fish. I think we were just unlucky in this case, but very sad for the fish that have died and that are struggling My advice is be careful when you order to ensure they spend as little time as possible in transit. Four days is just way too long.

Arrived with two dead but 8 doing super!

My first batch of fish had a water leak while being shipped. At first it appeared most were dead. Placed them in a bucket with my pond water and surprisingly they all began to swim. Within a week. half of them died or were not doing well. Sent the company an email with documentation of the shipping box and requested replacement fish. The They sent me another order of replacement fish at no cost. Out of the original 10 fish and the second package of 10 we have 13 living fish doing well in our pond. Good company to work with!

I ordered a bit early this year but the fish survived and hope are happy. Very pleased with the results! Definitely will order again.
