Fjällräven Kånken Organizer Fog One Size

I am a long-time Kanken backpack fan. I use my Kankens for everything - daily use, trips, hiking. They are incredibly versatile bags, almost magical in their ability to hold a ton of stuff but never look overstuffed. However, they lack internal organization. This little insert is a fantastic solution. Not only does it give the backpack a bit more structure, it also provides some basic internal organization for small items. The two zipper pouches aren't huge but are sufficient for storing all sorts of small items that can get easily lost in a backpack, such as a slim wallet, chargers, passports, lipbalm, etc. This makes it much easier to find small things. The insert also has a large internal slot that can fit a slim tablet or documents. The insert is very light because the material is super thin. However, I have not yet had any issues with the material tearing. Definitely recommend this for people who use their Kanken bags extensively.

Another good addition to the Kanken for organization and storage. I do not regret my purchase!

Fits seamlessly in my Fjall Raven Kanken backpack, adding storage and versatility. I love the zippered pouch especially! Great quality as expected, wish it had a few more organizational pouches/slots for the price though!

A while ago I was forced to toss out the “seat pad” that comes with a kanken. I finally discovered this insert as a way to replace it and help it keep its shape (9/10). In terms of the pockets and pencil holders it’s very small and tight. The bottom pocket is big enough to hold my portable charger and cable and the top is barely big enough to hold my phone {iPhone 7 plus} so I’d give it a 7/10.

If you have a Kanken bag you need this. It’s perfect for staying organized. Super thin and hold so much. No more digging around my bag.

I love my Kanken but…I just needed a pocket or two to hold things I didn’t want getting lost in one big area. This worked perfect for my phone and wallet. So handy I was able to get right to those items. I love that it doesn’t take up any room and I still have a big area to put my other items.

Wie auch der Rucksack (in meinem Fall der Fjällräven Kanken 16l) ist auch dieser Organizer objektiv betrachtet deutlich zu teuer. Nun bin ich aber vom Rucksack so extrem begeistert (Haltbarkeit, Leichtgewicht, Raumwunder), dass ich mir nun doch den Organizer bestellt habe. Was soll ich sagen: ich bin sehr zufrieden - nie wieder ohne. Er passt perfekt in den 16l Kanken. Der Organizer ist ebenfalls ein Leichtgewicht. Die anderen Filzorganizer, die ich zur Auswahl bestellt hatte, waren deutlich schwerer. Auch ein Vorteil im Vergleich zu den Filzorganizern: der Kanken behält seinen Stauraum und kann immer noch wie ein Koffer gepackt werden, wenn man ihn auf den Rücken legt und den Deckel komplett öffnet. Die Filzorganizer nehmen extrem viel Stauraum weg und man kann den Kanken dann nur noch von oben bepacken wie andere Rucksäcke auch. Der Fjällräven Organizer bringt durch die feste Form eine zusätzliche Versteifung/Stabilität in den Rucksack. Sehr gut, wenn das Sitzkissen des Kanken abhanden gekommen oder kaputt gegangen ist. In meinem Fall ist das Sitzkissen noch tip top. Der Organizer passt trotzdem perfekt. Zusätzliche Fächer, die der Organizer mitbringt: 1 Reißverschlussfach oben. Hier sind mein Handy (großes Format) und die Galaxy Buds drin. Passt locker. 1 Reißverschlussfach unten (bietet etwas mehr Tiefe als das obere Fach) Super für Kosmetikartikel und was Frau sonst noch so braucht. Alternativ auch gut für Technik Schnickschnack wie Powerbank, Ladekabel oder so etwas. 2 Stiftfächer (einen Stift braucht man ja immer) 1 ganz flaches Einschubfach, das über die gesamte Fläche reicht (super für Dokumente, die nicht knicken dürfen, es passt aber auch ein Kindle hinein. Dicker sollten die Gegenstände für dieses Fach aber nicht sein. Das große Fach, das der Kanken hinten beim Sitzkissen eh schon mitbringt bleibt weiter zugänglich und kann ebenfalls noch für flache Dinge genutzt werden. Der Griff oben am Organizer erleichtert das rein und rausnehmen. Ich habe einen großen Karabiner drangehängt und nutze es so als Schlüsselfinder. Wer den Kanken beispielsweise in 2 Farben hat und gern mal wechselt, kann mit Hilfe des Organizers in Sekundenschnelle die Rucksäcke umpacken. Von mit eine klare Kaufempfehlung, auch wenn der Preis unverschämt hoch ist. Aber das ist er beim Rucksack ja auch...
