Costus Root
I bought this because I felt the root is more concentrated than the leaves. I make myself a tea and I noticed my blood sugar levels drop considerably. Since I drink this, I keep my blood sugar levels at bay. I also made a tincture of alcohol and the root and put that in my juice when I do not have time to make tea.
