Dometic CFX3 75DZ Portable Refrigerator and Freezer, Powered by AC or Solar

Plugged it in and it won’t work!! Get an error code 11 when plugged into DC or AC.Because it has been sitting in the garage since purchase while my van was being built, and now it’s finished and this fridge doesn’t work right out of the box!!! Very upset!!!

First time using it, does not work properly. The freezer gets warm in the fridge gets cold, I switch him and the same thing happens. I try to play around flipping the sides and wherever I put the cold items they get warm. Somethings weird and it’s a big heavy item that doesn’t work. Woke up to everything frozen and glass broken.

I drive OTR... and Team as well. The truck has a small fridge, but not enough for staying out weeks at a time. I'll admit I was Stupid and didn't consider it's actual Size, when I purchased this. BUT... fortunately it Barely fits between the 2 seats. We have to CLIMB over it... or more accurately... step on it an the down. It's a good thing it's so Sturdy!It holds a great deal of drinks, and food, and gets/keeps everything Super Cold! Such a relief not having to buy ice that melts so fast, and water getting into everything... even zippered bags!?! still don't know how!The unit is Whisper quiet! Even with the truck turned off... and it's never run down the batteries of the truck while parked. Granted we don't sit around much... LOL!I highly recommend this cooler!!!*just measure where you want it to go... First!* 😅

This mini fridge and so heavy, more heavy that I thought, but the most thing that I didn't like is because doesn't keep the temperature after I turn off, so its annoying to keep it turn on, the last weekend it drains my battery and there wasn't sun for to use my solar panel sp all my food get hot

We use this in the back of a jeep gladiator with a canopy for touring trips. We are moving most days so we run it from a 29wh gel cell charged from the vehicle using a dc to dc converter. It has room for 5 or so days worth of food including cold drinks for 5 people. We could probubly double that if we kept drinks out until the day we needed them. The duel compartmens and deviders helps keep things organized and I don't find I have to do too much digging to get to stuff. The Bluetooth interface is great for keeping an eye on it while underway even though it is in the bed. It's a really nice upgrade from even the best coolers.For some reason the small side does have a tendency to overshoot the set temp on the first day or if I turn it down. Another nit pick... having to lift the entire top section basket out on the small side in order get to the stuff underneath is a hassle because the lid has to open all the way up for the basket to clear. I wish it had a trap door setup of some kind or just a vertical devider like the other side.

This totally changes our camping experience!!! It works SO Well!! We took it on a week long camping trip, in 95 degree high humidity. It never missed a beat! We kept all our food frozen and/or cold. As well as using it to freeze the gel paks other campers had brought for their coolers.

Product arrived damaged right out of the box. Front panel has a parallel line indention, back of each dual lid has square impressions and the LCD screen in scratched and damaged. Completly unsatisfied with the lack of quality assurance and esthetic appeal at this price point. I expect an exchange for an undamaged cooler and not at the expense to the consumer pertaining to shipping cost. Time is of the essence, as there is a overlanding trip scheduled for early October.
