I got this for my daughter when she graduated cosmetology school. She loves the ability to take all of her equipment and supplies with her to any location. Mobility is key in her field and this helped her achieve just that. Quality built, the bags seem solid and well made. The open and close easily and provide customizable storage.

As a professional MUA, I rely heavily my Makeup Travel bag to can handle the constant use and weight of my kit. Unfortunately, this is the second Relavel Makeup Travel Bag I’ve had, and the poor build quality—specifically with the rubber wheels—has left me very frustrated. The wheels are not replaceable, which is a major design flaw compared to other makeup travel bags on the market.My first bag's wheels went out in less than a year, and after a long back-and-forth with customer service (including sending multiple images), they finally sent me a replacement base compartment. Here I am again, 13 months later, and the wheels on the new 2nd bag have broken down too, making the bag completely inoperable.For a bag priced at $200, you’d expect much better quality. At the very least, the wheels should be replaceable! I'm still waiting for Relavel's customer service to respond to this issue.If you’re a makeup artist or need a reliable travel bag, I’d suggest looking elsewhere unless they improve the build quality or offer more durable, replaceable parts.

The media could not be loaded. This combo is great for a Makeup Artist or a Hairstylist, or someone that needs a kit for both. The base part, is deep enough for hairstyling tools, or products. It has ample pockets for organizing smaller products. Removable inserts to adjust to your needs. Top piece is great for makeup items, skincare, or products that are a bit smaller. They are deep enough for foundations to stand upright. Side bags attach with strong Velcro and are great for brushes or liners. Wheels are strong, even for commuters on streets and sidewalks. Bag feels sturdy, zippers are strong. Great bag overall!

Unfortunately, when we opened the case out of the package on Christmas Day, one of the plastic snap-buckles was broken. This as a gift and besides the broken buckle she is so happy with how she can fit all her products for her makeup business. I really hope none of the others break because I need a durable and reliable transport for my products. Can you send a replacement buckle? Or what size is it?

There’s also shoulder straps so you can carry the bags individually as a stand alone. The bags are light and it rolls so smoothly! The performance and appearance of it is sleek and efficient. Definitely a great buy for my makeup kit.

The media could not be loaded. 2 Year Review…I have had this bag for two years now, and it’s fine. The handle broke off today and is beyond repair but here are the pros and cons…Pros:Great space options and foam dividers mostly stayed in place well. I could fit everything together without needing to carry additional bags. I like the swiveling wheels, made it easy to maneuver and the handle on top was great for carrying about and down the stairs.Cons: the over all quality is just fine. The wheels are too small so my bag would occasionally tip when I was moving it. I do 4-10 jobs a month, and this bag shows its wear and tear. If I was doing weddings or on set on a weekly basis this bag wouldn’t have made it a year. The bags on the side are convenient, but the Velcro started wearing down 6-9months ago and they started falling off when I would roll it over cracks.If you are just starting out, great starter bag, but if you’re hustling, invest in something sturdier.
