This is good for an instant gravy. It's good on biscuits too.

This is pretty good stuff. You just add it to boiling water and stir it for just a few minutes and it’s done. If you like gravy for mashed potatoes, but you’re not doing a big bunch of meat to produce the ingredients this works well. Add green chili and you can use it for smothering a breakfast burrito. You can also keep it a few days, and I think you could probably freeze it and then reheat it using a whisk to smooth it out
