I really like this faucet. It's got a nickel brush to it the on and off is very SMOOTH. It"s 's got a beautiful look. It's much nicer than the faucet I had so everything in life happens for a reason.

This is one of those typical Chinese products that is made by a Chinese factory and then sold by many different companies under their own brand names. I just hope it is safe and doesn't have any lead solder or other metal contaminates like older faucets used to have. It basically looks like the photo. A little modern, a little industrial. It slightly bigger than I would like but there were no alternatives like it in California. (there are some nice looking alternatives but they are not allowed to be shipped to California...probably because the water flow is too much). The water flow on this faucet is just about perfect. You get a good stream for washing your hands and it doesn't splash all over the place. The only real problem is that when you have finished washing your hands and go to turn off the faucet, water drips on it and then you can get some water spots on it. It was super easy to install. I removed my old faucet and installed this in about 40 minutes. That was even after I switched the hot and cold lines and had to switch them back. The faucet itself does not indicate which is the hot and cold connections. The instructions show that the slightly longer tube is hot (but I somehow messed this up). My suggestion is to only hand tighten the hose to your water lines and then check if you got the cold and hot right. Then you can tighten them with a wrench.

Outstanding product!

Top faucet came out of the base after using it for 3-4 months. It was loose and swinging on the top counter. Reason being the numbers threads they have on the pipe is not enough to hold the top faucet. When I complained to the customer service, they sent me same part. Asking me million questions and sending me pictures and videos. They didn't want to even accept their fault.

I had two similar products from VIGO that never performed well. The water flow was terrible from day 1 and only got worse... even after a considerable amount of time troubleshooting with a plumber as well as their customer support team. I finally decided to purchase two Airuida faucets and have been blown away by the experience. To begin, I purchased two used/like new faucets from Amazon and they delivered one functional faucet and one broken faucet. I reached out to Airuida support and within a day they had shipped me a brand new faucet despite this being the fault of Amazon for sending me a broken product. Airuida took the financial hit for Amazon's mistake. I have since installed both faucets and am thrilled by the purchase. Pros: Value - It's very competitively priced. Appearance - It looks just as advertised. Function - It works better than the more expensive brands I've experienced. It has more waterflow than I need, so I have to use it at 50% flow so I don't make too much of a mess on the counters. Some may consider that a con, but after having too little flow for so long, I could not be happier. Installation - Very easy and straight forward. It included all the parts I needed to install with the exception of a screw driver. It comes with marked hot/cold water lines. Customer support - For all the reasons listed above... I can't thank them enough for their great support. Cons: Quality - It's something you would only notice during the installation. The metal feels hollow and not as sturdy as the VIGO I had, but once you've installed it you would never notice. I imagine they can keep the price as low as they do because of this. Sound - It's such a minor complaint, but the faucet is just slightly louder than I had anticipated. It's not enough to be truly bothersome, but it's noticeable from the last faucets we had. Overall, I'm just over the moon that I have these faucets. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

There is a small leak at the tap (on one side) when the water is shut down and I needed an adapter to complete the installation.
