TORRO Leather Case Compatible with iPhone 12 Pro Max – Genuine Leather Wallet Case/Cover with Card Holder and Stand Function (Black)

I have been using a plastic case for a while and have been looking for a leather case. I have tried a few in the past but none have compared to this one. This case feels genuine like it says and the magnets work so perfectly. I can open the case very easily without any extra straps.

Really good quality case from Torro.

I’m a big fan of Torro. They are excellent quality cases.I can only compare to my old iPhoneX case of a ‘similar’ design.I now have the 12 Pro Max.So the design has changed in that it now doesn’t have magnets in the flap and instead has two tabs on the side.I assume there is a good reason for this change, but for me, it doesn’t work as well.The tabs get in the way. I used to like how the cover magnetised to the rear when it was folded back.I’ve also noticed it now doesn’t auto sleep the phone when you close it. Is that due to the case or iPhone 12? I’m not sure.From speaking to Torro via social media, they state this case will not work with the MagSafe charging. I cannot say either way as I don’t have one.Still a great case and I’m happy with it, just not 100% like I was with the last. Perhaps a slightly better design will come.On a more positive, the plastic case is a better quality / design this time round.UPDATE - As I received a response from the Founder (Thank you), I wanted to share the response as I wouldn’t want my review to mislead any decision:Hi JimThank you very much for your custom and taking the time to leave a review. I am more than happy to assist by explaining some of the design improvements in comparison to your iPhone X. As a loyal TORRO customer I would hate to think there was a problem with your order so I want to address your concerns personally as you are a extremely valued customer.The side magnets rather than magnets in the body of the case allow full use of the card and cash slots without diminishing the closure. In the previous version, adding cash and cards would weaken the closure which some customer were concerned about incase they dropped the phone. This version has a very secure closure even with the cash and card slots packed full.As for the wake / sleep, Apple themselves have not released a folio case therefore not inserted the hall sensors within the actual phone which are required to fit corresponding sensors to allow this. It’s a great quality but it doesn’t fit my phone

This would be my latest Torro case for my very recent iPhone. Over the years I have always bought Torro cases for all my iPhones and iPads and recently for my new apple watch series 6 (I wish they were making cases for kindle too though so everything does much). I've always bought the same design with the red logo and stitches which I think it looks rather pretty and of course to make sure that all my gadgets cases do match. All the cases have always been of excellent quality and they have not only protected the devices but also outlasted them. So when I've preordered the new phone I've also bought the same Torro case which it looked very similar to the last year's case for the 11 pro max...except from that little magnet nuisance which unfortunately causes the case not to be closing properly as there is a little gap between the screen of the phone and the front of the case. This also means that the phone does not also go to sleep when you close the case as it has always been the case with the previous models which they didn't have the magnet. The case is still very well made and looks as always of high quality and pretty with the familiar red logo and stitches. It is pitty though that they added something that the case didn't need in the first place and which seems to creates a bit of inconvenience.An update to the above review after a few days of use and a reply from the seller which explained the reason for the lack of the sleep function on this year's new iphone case (because this year Aplle has not included in the phones 12 series the sensor that allows that allows the wake/sleep to be a compatible function with any phone case) and also because myself now I don't find it to be such an annoying issue anymore. This why I've now changed my rating to 5 stars as this is proving to be an excellent case for my new phone as it has always been with all the Torro cases that I've bought so far.

Bought this for my granddad. It’s really smart (black with red stitching). The material is very nice, feels sturdy, fits the phone well, survived the drop test. The stitching isn’t too dark or too bright, looks classy. Worth the money :).

Good quality , closing the flap doesn’t turn it off but still love

Nice looking case for iPhone but it scratches very easily. I would buy again but not the shiny red one.

Die Hülle trägt stark auf, aber schützt gut und man hat fürs Querformat immer einen Ständer dabei, wobei das Leder leiert irgendwann aus bei intensiver Ständernutzung.
