completed the process for the blood sugar reading, and sent it in the addressed envelope provided, then wait, wait, wait, no notification of test results, finally their web site said , updating this website.......... still no response. They should have sent letters to customers letting them know the test results, but no !!!!!!! I've lost my money and precious time waiting for my A1c results. AMENDED REVIEW, I was contacted by the seller, they were sorry for the delay , and offered terms that restored my confidence in them. I will recommend .
