So far so good, nice taste, helped ease me into ketosis.
I just started a low carb diet, properly planned (to a degree) this time.I dread going into ketosis because I used to get that awful "low carb flu" headache for days on end.But this time I had a very mild, barely noticeable one for less than 12 hours and I'm not sure, but I assume it's the MCT stuff in this powder, as I've read that helps ease you into ketosis.So thumbs up thereAs far as taste goes, I like it, I don't use one scoop for a coffee or tea though, that's way to sweetHalf a teaspoon in a large mug for either coffee or tea (yes tea, I'm weird haha) and it's very pleasant.I can't comment on the other possible benefits for skin etc, as I haven't noticed any change there.

Very easy mixing
The media could not be loaded. Mixed smooth. Pleasant tasting. Worth a try.Vey convenient of this drink! Whenever Before my morning workout, I can simply mix it into my coffee for a cool pre workout. I also like bulletproof coffee -ish idea.I do feel it's a bit sweet especially since I usually drink my coffee black. Synthetic vanilla taste, but it has no horrible aftertaste! It would be fantastic if there were an unsweetened version available too.Apart from that I recommend it. It's a great convenience that offers some variety to enjoy a delicious brew in a flash. Mixes very easy and well. No clumps in hot or cold water mixed with a fork.

Delicious Vanilla Flavoured Creamer
This delicious Keto creamer is vanilla flavoured and has really moisturised my skin from the inside. I have seen the improvement in the strength of my nails too.Because it is costly, I only use it twice a day and use a rounded teaspoon in a large mug rather than the scoop provided.

TRULY REVOLTING!! And not eligible for a refund!
I cannot comprehend how this has been taste tested in any way whatsoever! I have a medium sweet tooth but this stuff is inedibley sweet... If you're making coffee of any quality this will ruin it! Couldn't even take a 2nd sip!! That is all before you consider the ridiculously high price AND the item isn't elligibme for a refund... Fortunately Amazon provided one anyway but safer to avoid in the first place!

Great product, very convenient for bulletproof style coffee on the go.
Love the convenience of this drink, when I go away for work I can take this with me and bosh have myself a bulletproof style coffee 👍🏼Only downside is that it's quite sweet, although I have gotten used to it, would be nice if there was a unsweetened version 💯Other than that, highly reccomend it 100% for convenience and ease to make a brew whilst on the go or short of time.
