Worst product. Don't buy it.

Very satisfied with the quality of this product, value for money

So the product was delivered on time and when I tried to operate it didn't work. Then when I wrote a negative feedback the manufacturer called and sent whatsapp msg on how to operate it. Somehow we need to use it with pinch of salt for first use maybe because it needs hard water to start or something I guess. When I used salt water first time as directed the water turned yellow and I saw some sparking like thing in the machine and lot of steam was generated which obviously I wasn't gonna inhale !! I threw that away and used new water then normal steam was generated and machine was primed as guess. Manufacturer was good enough to contact me to inform me this after a negative review but u would appreciate if this trick was mentioned in specs to avoid all confusion. Now the fun part when i said I will change review after use since there was no return policy I wanted and machine sparked at first use, to make sure I wanted to use it few times. I am a mother of two small boys and since I don't take steam day in day out I couldn't change review in 3 days after checking. But hey manufacturer expected to use and change review on his timeline and was rude enough to tell me to not write reviews without using it. Well I did not write the review without using it because since the first time it did not work that was exactly my review. I told the manufacturer that once it works satisfactorily I would change it which I am doing it now but the brownie points I guess lost for him / her due to unnecessary rudeness

It is OK product... Not that extend we can give 5 star rating.... But for present situation of covid..... It is suitable...

Quality is not good. It's power cord heats up in half minute and can not be used.

I have been using this product since 10days and it's simply superb... Steam comes immediately within a minute and is working well..... Great one for this price

It is not a good product for breathing purpose. Only you can use for facial steaming purpose. Because we can't put close face to instrument it's too hot steam no temperature adjustment. Steam always smells like plastic.
