It is fantastic at first when I froze it seemed heavy but it adapts to area that is hurt. Easy to put on, super cooling last a long time and straps are a good length would fit any type of body. Well made great value.

I have Spinal Stenosis, sciatica, a shoulder scapula, pull muscle on my elbow right arm and a lot of inflammation. ok with that, if anyone has experience any of these painful traumas know how painful it can be and the discomfort that comes with it, I have tried everything thing one can come up with to easy my pain and finally I came across this product and have found a tremendous relief. What I love about it that it freezes just about the right temperature and when the use as hot it great. The Gel wraps have help me to experience less pain and my swelling have gone down sufficient. I recommended this product to anyone that is in any discomfort. I am 76 years old, and I didn't think it was possible but yes am able to sleep more and laugh a little. Great quality and great size easy to adjust and very comfortable has a soft material on the Inside so I need for towels ect it would be great for post knee surgery healing and also anyone with sore knees I’d get two if both knees hurt but it works wonders it is flexible too so you can walk around with it on

I bought this to rehab a MCL/meniscus injury. The pad is great, holds the cold for just the right time. The straps are great and hold the pack in place. The only downside is, I wish it was bigger to wrap around the whole knee for a once and done. Otherwise a great product in design and functionality. One 4 stars for the size.

Great product. Stays cold for over 20 minutes

This ice pack specifically for knees is great. The straps hold it close, and one side has soft material to make it comfortable. It is so easy to just keep it in the freezer and take it out when I need to ice my knee. I had surgery on my knee, and the physical therapist wants me to continue icing it three times a day.

Although well made and convenient, it doesn't feel as cold as ice and seems not to last long enough. It would be better if beefier so the cold would last longer than 10 to 15 minutes
