I’m really happy with this wig! The MISSQUEEN Short Ombre Platinum Blonde Wig with Bangs looks even better in person than I expected. The color blend is gorgeous — a soft ombre that looks natural and modern. The bangs were a bit long out of the package, but I trimmed them slightly and thinned them out for a more wispy look. I also used a Velcro roller and hair dryer to set the bangs (letting them cool before removing the roller), and it worked perfectly. A quick blast of the dryer on the inside while the hair hung down added just the right amount of lift at the roots. After that, it fell into place beautifully! The fibers feel soft and realistic, and the fit is comfortable and secure. With a little customizing, it looks like salon-styled hair. Definitely worth it — I’d recommend this wig to anyone wanting an easy, flattering blonde look without spending a fortune.

I am writing this review as a first time wig buyer. It took me a very long time to pick out a wig that I felt was going to be good for my needs-- the photos, videos and reviews are what eventually convinced me to take a chance on this wig and I am so happy that I did! To put a long story short, I suffer from trichotillomania as a symptom of diagnosed OCD. I decided to start buying wigs to help me cope with my compulsions. The second I put on this wig, I felt an immediate sense of relief and happiness wash over me-- I was so thrilled with this product and how much it's already helped me with my specific issue. I feel so much more secure and confident with this hair piece. The wig is longer than depicted on the model in the advertised photo, but I quite like the length personally. It is very soft and natural feeling-- it feels like it's my hair rather than a wig itself. It came with a hair net, two wig caps, and a bag for storage. There was also a nice note and two fake tattoos, which was a fun little addition. The wig has adjustable straps which is nice. I have yet to try applying any heat, so I'm not sure about it's heat resistance. I suggest using either a wig brush or a wide tooth comb when it comes to brushing as this wig can shed alot depending on how you handle it. I am able to easily move the wig, so if i want my bangs to be longer or shorter, I can have that choice. The wig caps it came with are okay-- I find that they can move around a bit and cause some slippage. I often wear head gear and it stays well on my head even with a hat or a hair bow. I cut the bangs to my liking as they were a little too long and poking my eyes. My only complaint thus far is that one side of the wig curls out while the other curls in, but this is can be an easy fix with styling and product. If you're a first time wig wearer, I feel this is a great hair piece for the price! I suggest doing alot of research and watching tutorials on how to appropriately put on, style, wash and cut your wigs. Thank you so much for the product! UPDATE 4/23/23: I wanted to post an update on this purchase along with some recent photos. She is still holding up and going as strong as ever! I wear this wig practically everyday and it's given me minimal issues. I don't use wig glue or anything of the sort and it stays on my head firmly even without it. Since I wear this wig often and it's synthetic, some of the ends have become tangled and frizzy over time. I've found that washing or steaming my wig accompanied with some light trimming using sheering scissors has helped this alot. I've also worn this wig to work and out in the rain on several occasions-- she braves the elements really well. After prolonged wear, it does cause some irritation and itchiness for me. Overall I am still very happy with this wig even 6 months later.

I’ve had a variety of wigs due to Alopecia…pricy and inexpensive. This wig is right up there with my favorites! Great find for the price, it was comfy on my larger head and looked great! Got lots of compliments my first day wearing it. Point cut the bangs since they’re a little straight, and some dry shampoo for the extra shine makes this wig look pretty realistic! I also plucked the part a little. I’ll be wearing this a lot!

I bought this piece for a party, I have long hair so I wanted to look a little different, to my surprise none of my friends thought it was a wig, all of my friends thought I actually cut my hair! I can’t believe how real it looks on me I love it, I received a lot of compliments. I wore it all night and it didn’t get tangle, fits great and it has an adjustable elastic around it to fit your head, the curls stay in place they don’t come undone, and there’s no shedding at all, it looks amazing feels like real hair and looks like my real hair, I am so happy with my purchase will buy more colors soon! If your hesitant about buying this piece trust me it’s beautiful and you will love it! If you buy it you will fall in love with it just like I did.

Upon receiving the wig, I saw that it is indeed very thin, so the slightest bit of wind will move the hair around and reveal all those wefts in the back. Unless you're wearing a hat, it's gonna be obvious that what you're wearing is a wig. The wig began to shed after the first day of use, but not a whole lot. A few hairs here and there. Though, that isn't very good for wig that's already pretty thin. The back gets itchy on the neck, which can be extremely unpleasant. All that being said, it is a pretty wig and decent for the price. It's not too shiny and whatever shine it has can easily be fixed with some dry shampoo, which I highly recommend using because it smells like a synthetic wig. The bangs are a little long but not long enough to properly sweep to one side, so I'll probably be trimming those. The curls on it are a little chaotic which only seems to get worse over time. You can't really brush them to soften them, they'll curl back together again. I'm going to attempt to use heat to fix the curls and make them more to my liking. Lastly the cap is a bit oddly shaped, putting this strange bump at the center of the crown of my head which I'm unsure of how to fix.

I should’ve paid attention to that. Instead, I wanted to believe a $20 wig would be worth the risk. It’s not. I’ve attached a closeup of the bit where I noticed these random bunch of noticeable short-cut under hairs jutting out of the wig upon first inspection. But that’s not the worst of it. I purchased both the red and dirty dishwater blonde and BOTH were incredibly itchy on my scalp. I’ve tried on many wigs; none have ever left me this uncomfortable straight away. I always wash clothing before wearing and perhaps that needs to be done here as well but it shouldn’t. It should be ready to go right out of the package. Below is a snapshot of standard qualities to look for in a wig but the TL;DR is: Do not recommend. (Andria wigs are far better at double this cost for an affordable, truly soft, comfortable wig) Hair Color (online vs actual): Red, accurate; Blonde, highly inaccurate, not was warm as color looks online Wig Cap: Uncomfortable, itchy, bunches toward the crown, making it noticeable it’s a wig; there is no adjusting this as I pulled it as tight as possible Hair Strand Density: Light 80%; not thinning but appearance might be assisted by wearer’s natural hairs underneath Hair Strand Feel: Obviously synthetic, not very soft Wig Smell: Fair Overall Fit: Awkward, uncomfortable

I am actually so impressed with this wig! I was a little nervous about ordering a blonde wig online because the color can sometimes look too yellow or shiny, but this one is a beautiful, natural-looking dimensional blonde.

This is a great wig! This is the second one I’ve ordered getting ready to order my third because I like to alternate them to reduce wear, the color is gorgeous! It’s soft, the curls are great, construction is sound, it is a great size for a smaller head I would say average size, it does not eat up in the back due to the length and the fibers, which is huge! Great value for the money, no one ever knows I’m wearing a wig ! It’s just such a natural fun bouncy wig, I love it! Can not say enough great things about her! She’s not itchy, at all I spray a little water on her and kinda scrunch and blow dry a little upside down when she starts to get boring and good to go! I’m fixing to also try some more colors cuz why not? You only live once if she makes you feel good who cares what anyone thinks anyway! Go for it! You won’t be disappointed! Keep in mind this is not a luxury wig and you have to take care of her to make her last, as long as you do that I think she will last along time as I am a daily wearer. Enjoy!
