This shampoo is the only thing I've found that actually helps my eczema instead of aggravating it. The first time I used it I didn't even use a body oil, it's that moisturizing. Even though the fragrance isn't the greatest the way this product soothes my eczema more than makes up for that. I will definitely keep buying this product and it arrived before the estimated time. This is also great for those times I shampoo my hair. If you travel, putting this in a 2 oz bottle would be great because you can use it for hair and body, plus a little goes a long way. ### ⭐ Drying to the skin *by M***O on January 7, 2016* Did not seem to clean my hair well, so I tried to use it up as hand soap. then it dried out our hands so much, that we ended up just tossed the rest out. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to love this shampoo. *by C***E on February 15, 2016* I'd give it 5 starts if it weren't for one thing.I love what baobab oil does for the hair and that ingredient in this shampoo is no exception. My hair gets clean, but without the stripped down/squeaky clean feel you get with synthetic detergents (read: modern shampoo). The huge bonus is that the baobab moisturizes enough that I don't need conditioner. That's what I was looking for since Shea Naturals stopped making their baobab formula shampoo.The problem is the dryness to my scalp. I first noticed it along my hairline and assumed it was my soap (actual castille soap, which is not moisturizing), so I've tried washing my face before and after rinsing out the shampoo. Then I realized it's my whole scalp. I've never really had dandruff before and nothing else has changed, so I have to wonder if it's this shampoo. When I switch back to regular shampoo and conditioner the problem goes away.That got me looking at the ingredients. There are one of two things in there that are basically just less common versions of SLS. Now obviously you need a surfactant to get clean, but SLS is harsh and I'm not convinced all it's cousins are much better. It's also possible that I'm allergic to that or another ingredient in the formulation. YMMV.I've given the shampoo a fair try, but unfortunately will have to trash the rest of an expensive bottle of product unless I can find something else to clean with it.
