I ordered this sure if it would charge my sons Canon XA 35 video camera. While there are 2 areas in the listing with specs, it wasnt listed on the actual item description as being compatible with that particular model. For the price though, I was willing to give it a try. We were thrilled when it arrived, we plugged it in and it immediately started charging the camera. Full charge was quick, and honestly for the price, I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality of this cord. The shipping was quick, it even arrived a day ahead of schedule. I rarely recommend off brand electronic items but I’d say this is a solid 5/5. Mind you with my luck, it will probably crap out out as soon as I post this lol. All in all, it’s a good product and well worth the price.

I’m sharing a brief story about my experience with this company, because it’s one of the best interactions I have had with an online reseller, and I feel it’s very important these days to recognize honest and responsible businesses, which I have certainly found the seller A Best Power to be.On June 22, 2018 I purchased a CA-570 AC Adapter from this company. On what was probably a rare chance, the charger was wired backwards (+/- polarity reversed. I purchased it as a replacement for a Canon XA25 digital camera. I admit that it was rather foolish to connect a $17.00 charger or any 3rd party part to a $2500 professional camera without testing it with a volt meter first, but that’s what I did. Of course, I assumed that the camera ought to work, but disastrously, it didn’t. The result, explained to me by a nearby Canon authorized service center, was a burnt out battery sensor on the charging circuit of the camera. Components on professional Cannon cameras are fairly serviceable so the repair cost was only $130.I was feeling pretty irate, but managed to compose a civil message to the Amazon reseller. I explained what happened with a photo of the power adapter showing reversed polarity on a volt meter.I thoroughly expected to get a ridiculous run-around, or at least hear some defensive canned response that products are sold as-is and they are not responsible. Instead, I was impressed to find a courteous and respectful representative from A Best Power, promptly responded and offered to pay the full repair cost of the camera and send a replacement power adapter. For verification, they required me to shoot a video of the product, and the behavior of the damaged camera.They sent as much of the payment as they could through Amazon and the rest through PayPal. So I am out nothing for the damaged camera and instead have some of my faith in humanity restored, and from an unexpected place at that.A Best Power is a reseller focused on products from ZIQIAN, the amazon name for an electronics company in China. Many of their Amazon products are power related items designed for 3rd party equipment such as Canon, Panasonic and Sony. Some of their products are designed to replace OEM power components, they do not sell any knock-off components, in that their products are not designed to pass for OEM. Instead, these are more fairly priced alternatives to the price gouging costs that manufacturers charge for their OEM parts, or other accessories like multiple battery chargers which are only available from 3rd parties. In fact, defect aside, the ZIQIAN brand adapter actually feels more durable than the original Canon.Hats off to all of you at A Best Power.

I lost the charger for my Canon XA10 and so I needed to buy a replacement. This came quickly (within 2 days) and works perfectly.

I purchased this as a replacement for the OEM charger when the cord broke at the charger. So far, this one has worked well with no issues. I will be more careful with how the unit is stored when not in use. Purchased to use with a Canon VIXIA HF G50 used for live streaming.

HiI purchased the devise to connect to my camera system at my farm. It was needed to help record to my DVR recorder. It was great when I plugged it into the DVR so everything worked just fine. I had looked for this cord for about 6 months and the Amazon Company made it available to me by having the item in it great world of everything I might need. I can’t believe that place has access to so many item that are hard to find. Their access and ability to bring so many items to us is unbelievable. Thanks Amazon and providers.
