They don't really eat it because it doesn't get through the netting but they love it. I bought the originally designed one that was made by a Dad back in 1999 when my son was born. This became the gift I give to every baby shower I go to after that. My friends couldn't believe how much the baby loved steak in there. I'm not talking about a 3 month old baby, but a 6 month old and older, they love it and it feels good on their gums too. **Q: how many feeders in the 1pack set? or how many you get for $7.99?** A: I received 2 feeders for 7.99. **Q: Does it made in China?** A: Yes it's made in China per another website. I found that any time a US company doesn't advertise in huge letters that their product is made in the US, it's made overseas. **Q: can you replace the mesh like with the nuby brand?** A: Not that I know of.
