Great piece of kitchen equipment like it very much pity you have to pay extra for waffle plates but the grill is very well made.

Not as shown in product photos (no integrated thermometer)
The grill is good quality and very well made and will generally serve the purpose, but it is not as shown in four of the photos on this product page, which indicate the grill is equipped with an integrated food thermometer and digital display on the front - it does not come with either. Misleading and disappointing, particularly given the price

The item delivered not new with multiple scratches and damaged box.

Solid construction and quality design.
Very easy to clean, one button to press to remove each plate. Feels very very solid and works as expected. Longing mechanism seems like it could be an issue as the selector slider has unlock with one click down, and one click up starts the open with the top grill being supported (so as not to crush what's cooking).
