Great tofu, shelf-stable
This tofu is a winner both for the taste and the fact it's shelf-stable. This tofu has been my favorite choice for tofu scrambles, and I don't see myself going back to anything else. I like that it's not swimming in liquid, but it's still silky smooth. I just pat it dry and go right into using it. The price, at just under $3 is fair, given how useful the product is and that it's shelf-stable.

So smooth and no bean taste. Perfect for desserts or mock egg salad.
This is NOT like water packed tofu. It is so smooth and has no 'bean' taste, lovely for no-bake mock cheesecake. You can safely eat raw (unlike water packed tofu which can have bacteria or be fine depending on the source) which is perfect for egg salad.
