These will do for picnics
These will last until May 2026. They have rather rough outer cookies on either side - a sandwich. They are not very sweet and not tender at all. The lemon filling was zing. Not bad.

Absolute best lemon cookies
They are actually lemony! Also, they ate dangerous. I cannot be trusted and them. I will eat the whole box within a day :(

My favorite lemon cookies. Very tasty. Even when slightly frozen. Check per cooky calories and take out the amount you want--otherwise it's easy to get carried away.
