Perfect fit for the S512
I have two kayaks and was looking for the extension for the S512 that I already had purchased from Rhino Rack. This came well packaged, instructions added, and was secure when placed on my roof racks. Highly recommend

Able to carry the 2nd kayak!
It works as described. Sturdy. It was a little tricky to find a system to be able to get the 2 kayaks up there and tie them down using a step stool, but once I figured it out, no problems.

Mule over the decision...
Not convinced that for the price this add-on makes sense. Otherwise it is very functional and works great.Had I realized what this 180$ attachment for a 2 pieces of bent pipe, foam protector, clamp and straps...I would have simply bought another complete set.Now I need to bring a step ladder to reach over the SUV roof to rest the second kayak on the rack.
