I bought these in the hope that they would do as advertised and help me stay asleep at night. I have a busy brain which often refuses to shut down at bedtime and often I wake up in the night with thoughts and song snippets racing around in my head, stopping me from getting back to sleep. I’ve been taking these for a good couple of months now and my sleep has been amazing. I take them about an hour before bed and my brain is much quieter when I get in bed. I get to sleep quickly and I stay asleep all night. Gamechanger. My kids (12yo and 13yo boys) also now take them and sleep way better too.

This does actually help me stay asleep, i've tried a lot of things and avoid pharmaceutical offerings at all costs, but when I take this I sleep better and have no side effects mainly because this is a mineral that your body needs anyway and not some experimental stuff made in a lab, even if I wake up in the middle of the night I can now go back to sleep which I could rarely do before

If you have sleep problems then theses are for you. Have tried other types that either don't work or very poor. Let me tell you these are the best ever, I take them 3 hours before I need to sleep and know I will sleep easily plus thru the night(except for a wee stop). Not the cheapest because you have to take 3 for the correct dose, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend 😀.

Having done my research on the requirements for a woman that’s post menopausal after a surgical hysterectomy the recommended dose of magnesium is between 300-350mg “elemental” magnesium. This only contains 72mg per serving of 3 capsules so is a weak dose for our requirements. So in my opinion not the best option for menopausal women.
