This item arrived safe and well packaged.This is a very impressive milk frother. Just throw in any milk, press the button, and voila, the perfect frothed milk. This has a little whisk and a solid mixer too, so will work the milk up into a delicious lather, and stir incredibly well too. It can whisk milk into very frothy and foamy, or blend/mix milk too. It also heats up the milk to the perfect temperature to add to coffee.The jug is totally removable from the base, so unlike smaller models, this is far easier to use. Especially when you're trying to pour a delicious coffee such as a latte etc.When my boy saw this he asked if it made hot chocolate inside... we had to give that feature a good go... And it does!! Just add the milk and the cocoa powder, press the button, and BAM! You've got a super velvety hot chocolate that is perfect for drinking immediately! We are going to experiment with different amounts of milk/cocoa and the different settings. But that's an overdoes of chocolate, so it will be a little while before we make it totally perfect. But it's an incredible starting point so far.I highly recommend this product.

This is amazing! It makes the most wonderful dense foam at a perfect temperature. It's small and compact and looks very smart on the worktop next to my Tassimo (I buy black coffee pods - I've previously experimented with cappuccino pods etc. but they were very disappointing and ruinously expensive as you only get half the number of drinks out of a pack).For making a foam the machine needs between 100-150ml of milk and for heating/hot choc mode 100-320ml. I tend to make sugar free mochas and the hot foam mode easily blends in a spoon of cocoa dropped on top of the milk with some sweetener. For this reason I'm unlikely to use the hot chocolate mode!Cleaning is easy. There's a small detachable ring-shaped whisk in the base which just needs running under the tap after use. It comes with a handy sponge on a stick which gets into the edges without damaging the nonstick coating. Just rinse after use (be careful not to get the exterior wet - not good for the electronics!) and wipe around.

Nice bit of kit for coffee drinkers, warms and froths milk to perfection in little to no time. A good alternative to the more pricier brands. Very easy to clean.Only let down is that the milk does not warm up enough for a hot chocolate, you will need to re heat in the microwave as the frother will not heat again. Seems like it has a maximum temperature to which the milk is heated once reached the frother will not heat up again even if you pure the milk out of the frother and back in again.

The media could not be loaded. Barely 9 months and it's now making such a racket and noise from the swirling mechanism. No stick on the heating element doesn't last and eventually just burns the milk. Won't bother with the hot chocolate function, again burns the chocolate on the heating plate. Poor quality product and it's impossible to get it fixed or replaced

I’ve had this milk frother for over a year and it’s even better than I could have imagined.Milk is frothed perfectly, it doesn’t create excess bubbles, and leaves a smooth milk perfect for lattes and hot chocolate.It also doesn’t burn the milk which is an issue I found with so many other similar products.For such a low price I wasn’t expecting much but am so surprised that after a year of being used multiple times every day it is still amazing.Really easy to clean and maintain and the instructions were very clear, with extra frothing coils for the future.

This was a gift for my parents, it's easy wash.Has setting toheat,froth with 0 hea🧋And hot chocolate maker... ☕️We did read reviews and resurch as we ideally wanted a high end, long lasting machine. We did go for the white version.

The kettle warms up milk quite well, but the about half of the milk always stays liquid instead of being whisked into a milk froth. Milk leaves a sticky residue on the inside coating that you need to remove with a vigorous scrubbing with a suitable brush or sponge. It's not so bad, but if you like hot drinks made of milk, like hot chocolate, chai latte or matcha latte, as much as me, you're in for a world of pain. The kettle will produce a perfectly lovely drink, steaming hot and well-stirred, but for the price of a thick layer of burnt milk on the bottom or the jug that STICKS to the non-stick coating for dear life. The problem is, you cannot even reach it properly because of the design of the product: there is a barely rounded right angle where the bottom and the vertical wall meet, and the peg for the whisk/paddle is placed near to the front wall, instead of the middle of the bottom. Good luck reaching that spot with anything without damaging the kettle. Even though I've found that a scouring cream can help some, it needs a tailor-made tool that fits into that crevice to remove the burnt milk sufficiently. It's a shame, otherwise it would be a good kitchen gadget, but for this money I would expect more.

Early days yet, as I’ve only had this over the weekend, but this modestly-priced little gadget is producing more abundant and better consistency foam than the expensive Dualit frother that I have used before, for a third of the price. Perfect for that morning cappucino. Fast, quiet and efficient. Cleaning is very simple, too, as the whisk clips onto a little mount in the base of the interior. Haven’t used it for hot chocolate, yet, but can’t wait.
