Kinda cheaply made and fits a little off but my ears stay warm during my runs so far. You get what you pay for.

I'm pretty sure this is not going to warm my ears except maybe in fall or spring. But definitely not in winter. The fleece super thin.

I use this for biking in the cold mornings and it works great for warmth and even helps hold my ear bud in when its over my ears

This headband is light weight and works well with a pony tail. I wear the headband under my bike helmet to help block out the cold and wind. It was a really good purchase.

If your looking for something warm keep looking because this is not it. It’s about the thickness of a T shirt.
